As from the 5th February 2013, the PIMS Group have been acquired by Xylem Water Solutions Ltd. Group Managing Director, Charlie White, says that is is an exciting time for the business as they can strengthen the service offer currently available from Xylem and it will allow the business to go from strength to strength.
Charlie says that he is personally very excited about the opportunity that the acquisition represents for the business and they look forward as they move into this new phase for the business together with Xylem.
Neither their Trading name nor invoicing arrangements will be changing.
